there will be three options for the conference registration (local taxes and PayPal fees included) given below.

Note: Due to the continued support of the Albena Congress Center, the Minkowski Institute has been able to maintain unchanged registration fees for its events in Albena over the last three years: the Seventh International Conference on the Nature and Ontology of Spacetime (2024), the Fourth Hermann Minkowski Meeting on the Foundations of Spacetime Physics (2025), and the Eighth International Conference on the Nature and Ontology of Spacetime (2026).

Colleagues who join the conference without presenting a talk may register at the student rate of 160 euro.

• Standard registration (310 Euro) - it includes:
  • a welcome package
  • 8 coffee breaks (coffee, tea, natural spring water, pastries and salty cookies)
  • 4 lunches
  • excursion to Cape Kaliakra - see pictures in the second half of this page.
  • the ebook version of the volume(s) with selected presentations
  • and, of course, unlimited access to the amazing beaches of Albena - a true paradize on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast

• Registration and Hotel - Single Room (561 Euro) - it includes
  • Standard conference registration
  • accommodation in a single room in the 4-star Hotel Sandy Beach (5 nights)
  • all inclusive package - buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner (thematic evenings - Bulgarian, Italian, Sea-Food); snacks (coffee, etc.) from 11.00 to 16.30; ice cream 11.00 to 17.00; Bulgarian beverages from 10.00 to 22.30
  • at the beach and at the swimming pool - 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per room.

• Registration and Hotel - Double Room (724 Euro) - it includes
  • Standard conference registration
  • accommodation in a double room in the 4-star Hotel Sandy Beach (5 nights)
  • all inclusive package for two people - buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner (thematic evenings - Bulgarian, Italian, Sea-Food); snacks (coffee, etc.) from 11.00 to 16.30; ice cream 11.00 to 17.00; Bulgarian beverages from 10.00 to 22.30
  • at the beach and at the swimming pool - 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per room.

NOTE: The registration fee should be paid electronically before the meeting. Electronic payments at the conference cannot be processed; only cash can be accepted there.
